Am I the only one that feels gutted when they see their last Anthro purchase at a fraction of the price????

Has it been more then 2 weeks? If not, you can get a price adjustment by calling CS at 800-309-2500. Also, this has happened to me once or twice and it very frustrating! All I do is re-purchase the item at the lower price and return it with my full price receipt.

Hi Sue. Did you buy the items from the US site? After doing some research, you need to email worldservice@anthropologie.com, and tell them your order number and that you want a price adjustment. They should be able to take care of that without you calling in just by getting the information from your online order number. Please let me know how it goes so I know that this is correct for international buyers.

No joy Elizabeth. They claim they cannot give a price adjustment to overseas purchases because they cannot control postage times. I haven't even received my purchases yet and are feeling most disappointed that my booties have been slashed by $100.

Wow. I can't believe that! Why don't you buy the items at the sale price and return the full priced items once you receive them? I think that's the only way you will be able to do this.

I know that in the states you CAN do JUST what Elizabeth said, the reason being - anthropologie requires a receipt to do returns (unless you have an anthro card in which case it's in the system how much you paid - yay anthro cards)
