4th of July is just around the corner! Will you be sporting some stars and stripes? I definitely will be! 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays, not because of the festive outfits, but because of the togetherness of friends, family and the smell of good food on the BBQ. Oh and you can't forget the fireworks! I have put together a small set of items below of my favorite 4th of July tops, dresses and accessories.

Beach, Please!

Ahhhh the beach! The one place I love to go to and take a deep breath and relax. I am lucky enough to only live about an hour away from the coast and there's nothing better then laying out on a towel with a cute bathing suit and adorable pair of shades to soak up some sun. My current obsession right now...PINEAPPLES! It reminds me of summer and there are so many cute accessories (like that Swan Floatie or Pizza Floatie I'm sure you've seen) that you can take with you to the beach or use by the pool. Two bathing suits that are just perfect for a pineapple beach getaway are the Adore Me Tricia and the Anthropologie Scalloped Halter One-Piece. It's not just about the bathing suit anymore!

Good morning everyone! Kentucky Derby is just around the corner and I am super excited to be dressing up for the big day. My girlfriend is having her Bridal Shower that day and is making it a Derby Day theme! I have put together some lovely derby-worthy items below. I am sticking to a more floral and sophisticated, neutral look. You can't go wrong with whatever dress or hat you choose! Evening of Extravagance Dress

Good morning everyone and hope you all had a fabulous week! It's Friday, Friday, Friday! I am very excited for the weekend to finally be here. One of my favorite lovelies, Modcloth, contacted me about putting together an outfit around the Evening of Extravagance Dress. I decided I wanted to keep the outfit simple and go the more elegant and sophisticated route. I kept the shoes very simple with a black pump with cream accents (to play off the underlying cream tones in the dress). I also found a lovely necklace and earrings that pair with the dress nicely without taking too much away. Lastly I paired the dress with an adorable mint clutch for a pop of color. This dress can be worn out on a dinner date, a little black dress party or to an evening wedding. Make sure you check out all of Modcloth's other lovely dresses and clothing online!
